Cars just got tiny!

Gordon Murray is a renowned designer of Formula 1 cars and the McLaren F1 road car and the McLaren Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.  Now that I introduced who Gordon Murray is, allow me to introduce Gordon Murray’s latest design… the T25!

Measuring 2.4-metres long, 1.3-metres wide and 1.6-metres high, the T25 is an extremely compact city car. But despite its size, the car still has seating for three, thanks to its innovative interior layout (check the above diagram for layouts). A maximum of 720-litre of luggage space is also possible. The body is made from recycled plastic and is mounted on a tubular chassis.  The way the doors open (McLaren style) allows the driver to park near close objects and still manage to get out and in.  You can park the car 90 degrees to the curb instead of parallel park and park 3 T25s rather that just 1 car.

If this car isn’t considered efficient I don’t know what is!
